I subscribe to my friend's blog, oxox NikStar and I just got done reading her latest post and I couldn't resist and re-post it here on my blog. I totally didn't find this on my own and give her and Lady of Essence complete credit on this one! I love that the girls in the class are all different shapes, sizes, and weights. They all look amazing and do such a nice job! What a fun way to work out. Too bad this class isn't offered in my area.. =(
